I HAVE NO UK CREDIT HISTORY, CAN I STILL GET FINANCE?

Usually, yes. Although almost all UK car dealers will need 3 years of UK credit history we can often help even if you’re only just arriving. We have a very high success rate of our clients being approved.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER I SHOULD BUY, LEASE OR FINANCE?

No problem. Just arrange a call with one of our team who will gladly explain the benefits of each.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

We will try our very best to make sure that your shiny new car is on your drive or at your office within two weeks of when we’re instructed to start the search. Sometimes it takes us a little longer but it can also be quicker too.

CAN YOU ADVISE ON MY DRIVING LICENCE?

Yes, we’re always happy to advise on what you need to drive legally in the UK.

WHAT ABOUT CAR REGISTRATION AND TAX?

Don’t worry, we’ll handle all of this for you as part of our service. The registration is completed by us on your behalf and we are always happy to purchase the road tax for you and just charge this back.

IS INSURANCE INCLUDED?

Sadly, in the UK, insurance is always extra but we can advise on good places to get cover through.

IS MAINTENANCE INCLUDED?

With some agreements we can have maintenance included, however, you’re usually best to pay for repairs and servicing when you need them as it will end up being cheaper.

CAN YOU MEET ME AT THE AIRPORT WITH MY CAR?

Sure! No problem.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU WILL FIND EXACTLY THE CAR I WANT?

We have a document that we call the Car Purchasing Checklist. It lists every aspect of the car we are going to look for, and you are asked to check it and sign it before we start.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CAR IS PERFECT FOR ME?

Absolutely loads! Every car has a full car data check to make sure that it has no problematic history, plus our drivers complete a six-page report before taking the car away from the dealer – if it’s not good enough, it doesn’t get bought! Although most cars we buy come from main dealers, we can also sometimes arrange an independent vehicle inspection.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

For vehicle purchase and finance we have a variety of services starting at just £99 and rising to £995 upwards, depending on how much you would like us to handle. There are no fees for lease or rental cars.

WHAT ARE THE EXPENSES?

Most of the time, this is just collection and delivery at £2.50 per mile. Occasionally, clients ask us to have certain work done to their car before they receive it and this is also considered part of the expenses. (One client had over £40,000 of upgrades to his car before delivery!) All our expenses must be approved by you beforehand, so there are no nasty surprises.

CAN I RENT A CAR IF I HAVE NOT BEEN INTRODUCED TO YOU BY A RELOCATION COMPANY?

Sorry. Our rental cars are only available to clients who are already working with one of our relocation partners.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR WORK?

Although this has not yet happened in the company’s history, you would tell us up to 5 days after delivery and we would refund your fee without hesitation.

WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET WITH MY CAR?

Most cars come with a warranty from the manufacturer for the first three years of their life. If the car we find for you is outside the original warranty, we can always recommend a very good aftermarket product which gives an impressive amount of cover. Far better than the very limited coverage you sometimes get from a dealer.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I LEAVE THE COUNTRY?

Our 10-year buy-back guarantee means that we promise to buy the car back at the best trade price you will receive. We just need to know when and where you would like us to collect it from.
